Activate Account

If you are a first time user of ManageMyHealth::

Specify your E-mail and Activation code you have received while enrolling to ManageMyHealth at your Health Centre.

Note: All the information entered in the Email Address, Activation Code, Date of Birth and Medicare Card Number fields should match with the data available with your Health Centre

If you already have a ManageMyHealth account:

1. Login to ManageMyHealth
2. Click on My Account
3. Click on My Health Centres
4. Enter your activation code and click Verify button
